The hotel was chosen by my director for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious experience. One highlight was my experience at MAD Spa, where I indulged in a particularly enveloping massage. The massage used oils with the signature Madrigale fragrance, which had delightful notes of lemon, lavender, bergamot, and rosemary. It was a truly rejuvenating and relaxing experience that left me feeling balanced and refreshed. , the brand new MAD Spa itself was a relaxation oasis, designed to promote well-being for the body, mind, and soul.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and the room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. The location, perched above Garda, offered breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special mention to Veronica and the reception staff for their incredible assistance.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more English menus available in the restaurant.

The staff is absolutely amazing, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff and bartender. They are all incredibly welcoming and ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered at this place is incredible, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. It truly starts the day off on a high note. The local village also has excellent restaurants that surpass the quality of those in nearby towns. Additionally, the hotel is only a short walk from a championship golf course, providing an excellent experience for golf enthusiasts. this hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a special and memorable stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring we had the best experience possible. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two stunning swimming pools and breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains from every corner of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was exceptional, making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape. The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved the two beautiful swimming pools that had plenty of space to relax and sunbathe in peace. The breakfast and dinner were top-notch with great quality and lots of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have more information about the bus and boat timetables to explore the surroundings. we would have appreciated better instructions on how to use some of the facilities, as we struggled to order a simple bottle of wine at the bar.

We had the most amazing stay at Madrigale Panoramic! The location on top of the mountains with a stunning lake view was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel had everything we could ask for - 2 rooftop pools that were never too crowded, making it a perfect spot to relax. The grounds were so romantic with beautiful flowers and lush greenery. Our superior lake view room had a balcony and all the necessary facilities, and the AC was just right. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was fresh and well served. We even extended our stay because it was such a relaxing experience.
